The founder story
Khatri Automations started with a simple observation: most businesses don't have a technology problem, they have a repetition problem. The same questions answered daily on WhatsApp. The same follow-ups forgotten. The same numbers compiled by hand every Monday.
Jatin is an automation engineer, not a software salesman. That distinction shapes everything: there's no product to push, no license to upsell.
